How do I create an account?
To create an account on PoGoSo, follow these simple steps:
1. Download the App: Visit the App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device and search for “PoGoSo”. Download and install the app on your device.
2. Verify Your Phone Number: Once the app is installed, follow the instructions on the screen to verify your phone number by entering the OTP you will receive after submitting your phone number.
3. Set up Your Profile: Follow the instructions on the screen to set up your profile.
How do I edit the details in my profile? OR How do I change my profile picture?
To edit your details in your profile:
1. Click on your profile picture, visible on the top right side of your open house feed and select the “Profile” option.
2. Upon opening your profile, click on ‘Edit Profile’. Here, you can change your first name, last name, email and profile picture along with various other details.
How can I change my parliamentary constituency?
Changing your parliamentary constituency is not allowed in this version of PoGoSo App.
How can I change my username?
- Click on your profile picture, visible on the top right side of your homepage and select the “Settings” option.
- Click on “Account” and then, by clicking “Change Username”, you can change your username.
How do I deactivate/delete my account on PoGoSo?
- Click on your profile picture, visible on the top right side of your homepage and select the “Settings” option.
- Click on “Account” and you can deactivate or delete your account by clicking “Deactivate Account” or “Delete Account” respectively.
How do I invite my friends to download PoGoSo?
- Click on your profile picture, visible on the top right side of your homepage and select the “Settings” option.
- Click on “Invite Friends” and a link will appear on the screen. You can share this link with anyone.
